Terms and conditions

1. The service

Aksjefabrikken AS (reg. no. 926 642 510) prepares and submits an application for a D-number to the Norwegian Tax Administration on the customer’s behalf. The service is completed when the application has been submitted.

2. Price and payment

Prices are stated in NOK and payable on ordering.

3. Customer cooperation

The customer must send a certified copy of their passport or national ID card by post. The documents are also required for customer due diligence under the Norwegian Anti-Money Laundering Act.

4. Right of withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the conclusion of the contract under the Norwegian Cancellation Act. If the customer has requested that work begins before the period expires, the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been completed. If the customer withdraws after work has begun, the customer pays for the part of the service already performed. Withdrawal is exercised by sending the form below or another unequivocal statement to post@aksjefabrikken.no or Kongens gate 49, 8514 Narvik, Norway.

5. Termination and processing fee

If we do not receive the documents within 30 days, we send one reminder with a 14-day deadline. After the deadline we may terminate the agreement. We then retain a processing fee of NOK [amount] for work performed and refund the balance. The customer may demonstrate that our work was less extensive and will then pay only for that. This clause does not apply within the withdrawal period.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are resolved by [district court], unless mandatory rules entitle the customer to another venue.

7. Language

These terms are available in Norwegian, English and German. In the event of discrepancy, the Norwegian text prevails.
